 •Payments for 365XDANCE courses must be completed prior to the course or on the first class of the course unless other arrangements are made by written agreement by both parties

 •All fees paid to 365XDANCE are non refundable and non-transferable
•Cancelation of  any payment  plan / subscription requires  with 14 days notice.
•Pausing of your plan requires 7 days notice
•Any missed classes from a course, due to injury or medical conditions, are not refundable, however, "make up" tuition might be available
•365XDANCE reserves the rights to change or cancel a lesson up to and including the date of the lesson if insufficient bookings have been received.
•365XDANCE reserves the rights to retain and use any marketing material obtained during classes and events. This includes photographs and video footage.
You are responsible for ensuring that you are in proper physical and mental condition to participate in the exercise / dance program.
