Salsa dancing is the most popular social partner dance. It is fun and interactive and it’s a skill that you can use and enjoy its practice regularly at various social events.
Your foundation is the most important in developing a good dance technique that you can easily build on; therefore, we put together a teaching format that it allows you to learn e ffectively.
Our beginners Salsa classes are structured in progressive courses of 5 weeks, covering a series of dance figures and variations that we practice in small routines each week creating muscle memory while we reinforce the partner work coordination and technique.
We have three levels of Beginners, and each course is building on to more complicated variations of the dance figures, mainly focusing on footwork, directions, rhythm and coordination.
Weather you just started with an intro course, or you have some dance experience, we always recommend the beginners courses to anybody that wants to achieve or improve their partner dance technique.
